Magic Upload

With Roble's Magic Upload tool, you can upload your Property Condition Report (PCR) or Assessment (PCA) documents and Roble will automatically interpret their contents into useful data about your properties. This streamlines the process of importing your properties' data into Roble for better benchmarking and energy usage guidance, taking you only a minute and saving you the effort of manual data entry.

How to use it

Select the "Upload PDF" button, upload your PCR or PCA, and Roble will do the rest. Check back on the status of your documents' processing in the "Uploaded Files" section, where you can also download, delete, or assign properities to your uploaded files.
